User Agreement

By accessing or utilizing Boo Casino (yaggers.com), operated by Elite Business Centre under license MGA/B2C/445/2017, users hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Proprietary Rights Protection

All content, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Boo Casino or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use. Warranty Exclusions

Boo Casino does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, security measures, content accuracy, or that defects will be corrected. Users acknowledge that their platform use is at their sole risk and discretion.

Liability Constraints

In no event shall Boo Casino be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from platform use or inability to use. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boo Casino against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from platform use or terms violation.

Legal Framework

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
